Our Story
My introduction to marketing wasn’t in a boardroom — it was going door to door for the Red Cross, raising donations for wildfire relief in BC. That experience taught me the importance of resilience, dealing with rejection, and, most importantly, understanding when someone is genuinely ready to listen.
After that, I worked in several sales and marketing roles before pursuing my original passion: music. In Vancouver, I joined 2 Track Studios as a sound engineer, where I discovered my true love for marketing. I was fascinated by how music reached the world — the cover art, the videos, the campaigns behind each release. Before long, I found myself stepping into the business side of the studio, leading initiatives to promote our subscription model and finding creative ways to connect local artists with our space.
That passion for helping others share their work grew into a career. I transitioned into contracting, working with small and medium-sized businesses across BC. Over time, I saw a pattern: many businesses needed expert marketing support but were hesitant to trust large agencies that restricted access and kept too much control, while guaranteeing results that never came.
Lapiy Marketing Inc. was created to bridge that gap. What started as an independent contracting practice has evolved into a growing agency — one built on transparency, collaboration, and giving businesses the freedom to truly own their brand. Our mission is to bring the expertise and strategy of an agency while ensuring you remain fully in control of your assets every step of the way.
