About the Company:

Roka Projects Inc. is a renovation company based in Vancouver, BC. Specializing in premium home renovations, Roka is a full-scope contractor—meaning they handle every aspect of a project, from permits to warranty.

The Challenges:

The home renovation industry in Vancouver is highly competitive, with many contractors positioned firmly at either the high end or the low end of the market. Traditionally, Google Ads are the most effective advertising channel for contractors. However, due to the high CPC and a limited ad spend budget, we had to adapt to the circumstances of both the company and the market.

Our Contribution:

Roka Projects has been a day-one partner of Lapiy Marketing Inc., and together we’ve worked on shaping the brand—defining who they serve and how to reach them. Our work includes:

• Social media management

• Content creation (Walkthroughs, drone footage, etc.)

• PPC Management (Google, Meta, Etc.)

The Result:

We identified successful lead generation avenues using both Google Search Ads and Meta Ads, while also uncovering gaps in the funnel where the business lacked manpower or automation. For example, when we scaled ad spend aggressively on Meta, we secured consistent leads, but also identified that the business could not sustain this volume. As a result, we developed a more balanced and sustainable approach.

Working closely with the owners, we built a systematized process and established a clear brand voice through content that showcases what Roka Projects is all about.
