About the Company:


Crave Catering is a Vancouver-based catering company specializing in corporate events. In addition to catering services, the company also offers a weekly meal plan delivery service.


The Challenges:


The Vancouver catering market is highly competitive, with many smaller providers able to take on low-value contracts. With limited resources, Crave Catering could not profitably compete for these smaller opportunities and instead needed to focus on securing larger corporate contracts and repeat clients—all while maintaining the same advertising budget.


Frequent shifts in business direction created additional challenges in maintaining consistent results. Our team worked to anticipate future outcomes and adapt the advertising strategy accordingly. This included bid adjustments, refining brand positioning, and ongoing experimentation to identify the most effective approach.
